INZ1025 (visa sponsorship form). 

The latest version of the Immigration Sponsorship form (INZ1025) is September 2025, 

The August 2022 version will no longer be accepted a by INZ after 1 November 2025 and the August 2025 version will only be accepted until 31 March 2025.

The version can be found on the top left of the form (see below)

So please check you have the correct form  before visiting your JP or service desk.
